A creche and children’s programme is available for pre-school children.

Wednesdays 10am Cost $3 per session
2012 Start date: 8 February
Each session is made up of many components including action songs, puppets, games, dance musical instuments and others. During the morning children and caregivers have morning tea, followed by a chance to play with the toys provided. A seperate session for babies is usually run simultaneously to the main session abd is designed for their developmental level. Both groups come together twice a term for special theme days.
We have a dedicated and wonderful team here at Eastgate headed up by Glynis Brummer.
Need some time out?
If you are a caregiver of Preschoolers then you’re invited to Playgroup at Eastgate. Come and enjoy the company of other caregivers with morning tea on Thursday mornings.
Thursdays 9.30am cost $3 per family

Parents Inc – Parenting course. This course runs over six weeks on a Wednesday.

The Alpha Course is for those wanting to investigate Christianity, for those who are new Christians or who feel they have never really got going as a Christian. It is an opportunity to explore any questions you may have about the meaning and purpose of life in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
The Alpha Course runs for 7 weeks. Dinner every week. A creche is provided. All welcome.
The next course starts on Monday 13 February at 7pm with an introductory dinner where you will be able to decide if you would like to attend the 7 week Course.

The Marriage course is very practical, giving any married couple the tools to build a strong and healthy marriage that lasts a lifetime. Over eight evenings spent together, couples are served a three course meal by candle light.

Most people will tell you that separation and divorce are the most painful and stressful experiences they’ve faced. It’s a confusing time when people feel isolated and have lots of questions about issues never faced before.
Divorce care meets weekly over seven weeks to help people face these challenges and move towards rebuilding their lives.

A spectacular CHRISTMAS LIGHT SHOW each evening from 1st December each evening from dusk till 10pm…..Tune into a local station to hear and see the Christmas story unfold from the comfort of your car or stand on the sidewalk for a brilliant upclose experience that lights up the real reason for Christmas.
The CHRISTMAS TIME TUNNEL from 19th to 24th December will show each evening from 7pm till 10pm. Experience a 30 minute theatrical time journey on the search for Christmas. Complimentary tea, coffee and milo with Christmas cookies are available from our Christmas Cafe at the end of your journey & free face painting for the children.
Christmas is a wonderful season and reason for the community to gather and share this special time of year together. It’s about neighbours, friends, family and strangers from afar investigating the reason for the season and putting this time aside for some reflection and to enjoy the wonder of it all.
